Seven years ago, I was a travel photographer spending hours editing each photo, trying to achieve that perfect look that matched what I felt when taking the shot. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't consistently create the emotional impact I was looking for.
After a particularly challenging project in Bali—where I had captured hundreds of breathtaking scenes but struggled to edit them cohesively—I realized there had to be a better way. The gap between my vision and my final images was frustrating and time-consuming.
I committed to mastering color theory, light, and the technical aspects of digital editing. I spent thousands of hours refining my approach, studying under renowned photographers, and developing my own editing style that preserved authenticity while enhancing mood and emotion.
Today, what began as personal solutions to my own editing challenges has evolved into Lumina Presets—collections that have helped over 5,000 photographers transform their workflow and artistic vision. My presets aren't just shortcuts; they're carefully crafted tools that help photographers elevate their work while maintaining their unique voice.
